Shipping Policy
Shipping
The shipping time is indicated for each product.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
Shipping charges
The shipping in Europe is free of charges.
The shipping cost for orders outside of Europe are calculated by order.
Shipping methods
Products are shipped by French Post or carrier (UPS, DHL, Fedex..) depends on destination.
A despatch confirmation email with the parcel’s tracking number is sent to the Buyer after dispatch.
We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered anywhere in Europe within 2 – 7 working days after dispatch and outside of Europe within 3 – 15 working days after dispatch.
The recipient is invited to check the visible condition of the products. If the recipient notes any apparent defect in the parcel (as damages, products missing compared to the delivery order, damaged or broken parcel or product…) in presence of the carrier, he must refuse delivery and immediately contact The Seller. Signature, without reservation, of the delivery docket by the customer is deemed to signify acceptance of the parcel.
The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection…
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when the order is placed.
Wrong address
We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee – 30€, in case of incorrect shipping information provided. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having being shipped.
Customs taxes
When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are ordering outside the European Union, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
If import duties and taxes incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don’t pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 3 weeks and after that, if you still haven’t paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us we will refund your order but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes that your order may have incurred.
